Castlemaine brand in XXXX rated cinema commercial

Castlemaine XXXX’s agency Saatchi & Saatchi has produced an “X”-rated commercial featuring a porn actress lewdly caressing a can of its lager.

Castlemaine XXXX’s agency Saatchi & Saatchi has produced an “X”-rated commercial featuring a porn actress lewdly caressing a can of its lager.

The ads open with a soft focus shot of the bikini-clad, hardcore porn actress.

The ads are lit and directed to look like a real porn movie, before a shot of the can reveals it to be a spoof. When the actress takes a sip from the can a cover-up star appears between her mouth and the can. The background music track is believed to have been borrowed from a hardcore film.

It is understood the ads were originally made as a joke for the agency’s show-reel. But now the agency is believed to be considering whether to show the ads in cinemas. Saatchi and the client should make a decision within a month. The agency was not available for comment.

Castlemaine XXXX-owner Carlsberg-Tetley Brewing claims it has neither ordered or seen the ads. A spokesman for the company says: “We know nothing about these ads.”
