Argos Business Solutions, the incentive loyalty and motivation division of the Argos catalogue store chain, has reported a 33 per cent increase in sales. The increase brought ABS sales for the year ending December 28 1996 to 157m. The business includes vouchers, merchandise, bespoke catalogues, mail order, database management and loyalty schemes.

Digital audio programmer Music Choice will promote its Website through T-shirts from Things. The black T-shirt features a face print and a reproduction of the visual that opens the company’s home page. It will be offered for sale through the company’s subscriber magazine and used as a sales incentive for cable system employees.

Marketing consultancy New Solutions has been appointed to handle projects for Homebase, Kodak, Sainsbury’s The Magazine, HP Bulmer, New Crane Publishing and Andersen Consulting.

Incentive 97 will take place from May 13 to 15 at Olympia London. More than 400 suppliers will participate in the show.
