Marks & Spencer’s reports decline in sales

Marks & Spencer’s latest trading statement published yesterday (Tuesday) showed a decline in like-for-like sales for the 13 weeks ending April 2 for clothing and home of 6.7 per cent. Food sales were also down three per cent for the same period, with overall sales falling 4.9 per cent.
