Mediaedge/CIA has won the £10m media planning and buying account for Transport for London (TfL).

Mediaedge/CIA has won the &£10m media planning and buying account for Transport for London (TfL). The appointment follows a five-month statutory review also involving Starcom, Carat, MediaCom and incumbent PHD.
