Flybe renews relationship marketing deal with CMW Interactive

Flybe, the low-cost airline, has reappointed CMW Interactive to its relationship marketing account after a competitive pitch.

The digital marketing agency has worked with the airline for four years and was up against The Marketing Store, Tequila and Personal in the pitch.

CMW Interactive will now work on Flybe’s customer relationship and loyalty marketing programmes, including email, trade communication and its frequent flyer programme.

Flybe is the UK’s largest regional airline and took a significant step forwards last week when it bought British Airways’ regional business, BA Connect. Simon Lilley, director of marketing at Flybe, said its ambition now was to become Europe’s leading regional airline. The enlarged business will have over £600m in revenues and carry 10 million passengers a year.

CMW Interactive is part of the Media Square group and its other clients include, Cadbury Schweppes, Littlewoods and Transport for London.
