Acdoco launches Kim and Aggie’s cleaning range

Kim and Aggie, the stars of Channel 4’s How Clean is Your House?, are launching a range of household cleaners in partnership with manufacturer Acdoco.

The Squeeki Clean range, available from February next year, will be endorsed by the duo. It will be positioned as a “no-nonsense” range in line with their approach to domestic hygiene.

The three-strong range includes a concentrated All Purpose Paste – a baking soda-based product to be used on “heavier” stains – a Vinegar Glass Cleaner and a Multi-Purpose Cleaner.

The duo are banned from appearing in mainstream above-the-line advertising due to contractual restrictions relating to their show. Instead, they will be involved in a PR campaign, including appearing on chat shows, and Acdoco will launch a TV, print and radio campaign focusing on the non-harmful properties of the range.

Kim and Aggie will also appear in infomercials that will be aired on shopping channel QVC in the UK and the US in January. The range has been extended to include mops and cleaning kits as part of an exclusive deal with the channel.
