Travel operator Thomas Cook will reveal its new strapline, “Our World Revolves Around You”, this week in a series of four destination-focused TV ads.

The campaign, created by Cambridge-based agency The Company of Angels, promotes discounts and Thomas Cook’s Price Watch Promise.

Thomas Cook marketing director Simon Carter, who joined the firm from the Post Office last year (MW October 26, 2005), says the executions will reflect a new emphasis on customer service.

Carter adds: “The line reflects our intensive ongoing investment in the customer, which shows our commitment to strong customer service, value, breadth of product range and convenience in booking.

The new strapline will feature in Thomas Cook retail outlet windows, online and in direct mail. The TV campaign will be supported by national and local press advertising campaigns.

The Company of Angels was formerly known as The Company and has worked with brands such as Interflora. Thomas Cook has worked with its sister agency Sweet FA since 2003.
