Minogue and Snowdon star in M&S ad
Marks & Spencer is to launch a TV and print campaign with a new line up of celebrities including Dannii Minogue and Lisa Snowdon, for its spring fashion range.
The new recruits to star in the M&S ad include The X-Factor judge and pop-star Dannii Minogue, Capital Radio presenter Lisa Snowdon, soul singer V V Brown and Brazilian supermodel Ana Beatriz Barros.
They will join existing M&S ambassador Twiggy in the latest fashion ads for the high street retailer’s womenswear collection.
M&S attracted criticism last month after its adverts for alcohol appeared on a website targeting young girls. The retailer pulled the ads.
The campaign was created by Rainey Kelley Campbell Roalfe/Y&R and will launch in March.
M&S has confirmed that Myleene Klass and model Noemi Lenoir will appear in future advertisements for the retailer.
M&S’s star studded Christmas campaign featured Stephen Fry, Jennifer Saunders, Joanna Lumley, John Sergeant, Philip Glenister and James Nesbitt.
Marc Bolland, the chain’s new chief executive will join M&S on 1 May after being released from his Morrisons’ contract early.
