Warner Bros creates international marketing chief role

Warner Bros International has named Lynne Frank to the newly created position of executive vice president international marketing at Warner Bros. Pictures (WBP).

She will work with international marketing teams to create and develop the division’s day-to-day strategy development, and business and campaign planning and execution across all international territories.

She will have oversight of all international campaigns for WBP films, as well as the strategic development and execution of regional and local campaigns.

She will be the key international link with other divisions in the company, including home entertainment, television and consumer products and she will work closely with and report to Sue Kroll, Kroll, WBP president, worldwide marketing.

Films on WBP’s release schedule include Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore and Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows.

Frank was previously managing director and senior vice president, ESPN EMEA, a division of the Walt Disney Company and Turner Broadcasting System Europe. She has worked for Time Warner previously.

She will now relocate from London to WBP headquarters in Burbank this October.
