FCB holds the Kimberly-Clark business with Ogilvy & Mather own-label challenges the final choice of agency was considerable.

Hamer was sidelined at the end of last year when Tim Mellors joined RKH which then became Mellors Reay & Partners (MW December 9).

He was offered a job in Grey, which is the majority shareholder in MR&P, which was understood to involve overseeing the integration of Grey’s below-the-line business.

Now, however, he is thought to be on the verge of leaving Grey for a senior position in another agency.

MR&P says it resigned the Kimberly-Clark businesses, which is had held for four years, because of a forthcoming major conflict, which is understood to be some Procter & Gamble business.
