Kershaw’s most vital pitch

Former Saatchi & Saatchi chairman David Kershaw has been wrestling with a dilemma. But it has nothing to do with second thoughts about his departure from Charlotte Street.

The long-standing Arsenal fan has had to make a choice between visiting the San Siro, home of AC Milan who play host to the Gunners tonight (Wednesday), or playing a central role in the High Court – scene of the legal knockout contest between Saatchi & Saatchi plc and Messrs Kershaw, Muirhead, Sinclair and Saatchi.

Sources suggest that al-though Kershaw is torn by the decision, the High Court will be the winner.

Kershaw: Terrible dilemma
