PEOPLE power wins business

I write in response to your recent article “Many strands make light work” (MW February 10). Clearly technology has made leaps and bounds and, in the light of the sophisticated systems you describe, I feel our company is lagging very much behind.

We rely on a system called PEOPLE (Presentation Environment of Panoramic Live Elite) but, oddly enough, we win an enormous amount of new business, as well as keeping those (many) clients who we have worked with in the past.

Our PEOPLE system is “… able to react to the emotional and intellectual response of (the) audience as it happens” and very nimbly “… explore (particular areas) in much greater depth”.

At the same time, the components that make up our PEOPLE system are good colleagues and companions. Part of their charm and effectiveness is the sheer unpredictability of it all.
