John Turturro as Maurice, Robert DeNiro as Charles and Stephen Fry as Charlie Scott – the Saatchi & Saatchi saga has hit Hollywood. So Diary thought it right and proper to think up some casting suggestions for the UK end of the story. Former London chairman David Kershaw could be played by Bob “it’s good to talk” Hoskins; his successor Jennifer Laing, dubbed “Joan of Arc” by some commentators, has to be a tour-de-force for Meryl Streep and joint chief executive Adam Crozier, well to be honest Diary struggled. If Macaulay Culkin is lined up to play the villain of the piece David Herro, the only other possibility for the Crozier part has to be former Liberal leader David Steel. All other suggestions will be gratefully received.
