European paper products giant Jamont is seeking an agency to run a £40m brand building, pan-European campaign.
Jamont is best known for ts Dixcel toilet tissue, which is the third largest brand in the UK market after Andrex and Kleenex.
The company also owns the KittenSoft toilet tissue brand in the UK and Ireland, French sanpro range Vania and a number of other paper products in separate European markets.
The account was previously handled across Europe by McCann-Erickson, although Jamont has not spent a great deal in the UK recently.
Jamont would not comment on its plans.
It is understood that it wants to build up its profile across Europe and build a number of brands only available in local markets into European brands.
The hunt for an agency is being run by Agency Assessments, which is in the process of drawing up a shortlist. A decision is expected by the end of April.
Jamont operates in 12 European markets. It produces own-label and branded products.
Last year US food and packaging company James River Corporation bought a 43.2 per cent stake in the company.
