Procter & Gamble’s new television advertising campaign for washing detergent brand Daz will feature Danny Baker `morphing’ into Shane Richie, who hosts Lucky Numbers on ITV. Baker was dropped by P&G two months ago (MW February 24) though the company would not give any reason why. The new ads will run from May 1 and continue with the doorstep challenge theme, which was commended in the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising advertising effectiveness awards.
