Halfords, the Boots-owned retail chain, has centralised its claimed 10m account into Publicis, taking the bulk of the business out of WCRS. Publicis handled only the garage servicing and parts operations worth just under 2m (Register-MEAL) while the main automotive and cycles retail account at WCRS was worth 6m (Register-MEAL). Media buying will remain with BMP DDB Needham.

The Tunisian National Tourist Office is seeking an agency to handle its UK account, worth up to 1m a year for the next two years. Incumbent the Brand Development Company will repitch.

The Seagram Beverage Group has appointed FCB/Leber Katz Partners of New York as the North American agency for its Tropicana fruit juices.
