Sanatogen, the vitamin com-pany (right) is launching Sanatogen Gold, a multi-vitamin product which is claimed to contain more vitamins and minerals than any previous formulation. The launch will be backed by a 3m advertising campaign through WCRS.

Coronation Street fans will soon be able to buy the Betty’s Kitchen range of hot pots and pies, from Lancashire pie manufacturer Holland’s, under licence to Granada TV. The Northern Foods company is launching in the North and in Scotland this month, with a national roll-out planned for later this year.

Granada announced yesterday (Tuesday) that it plans to sell Forte’s luxury hotels brand, Meridien, as part of its improved bid of 3.8bn for Forte.

Saxone and Curtess are believed to be part of a Sears sell-off. Facia bought Freeman Hardy Willis from Sears in September last year.
