Bare cheek of a former party animal

Who said that financial services marketing is boring? Certainly not The Diary. Two weeks ago a woman was appointed to a senior marketing position in the life division of a very big blue bank.

Since then, we have discovered that in her former life she was known as a bit of a party animal. At one previous agency job, she and her work colleagues took a very long lunch to celebrate a financial services account win.

The event developed into a game of dare which featured the creative director, in true Chaucerian style, pushing his bare backside out of the window.

In response, our heroine managed, la Sharon Stone, to take her knickers off without anyone seeing. She then, triumphantly, put them on her head.

Clearly, when it comes to being “Game for a Laugh”, “You’re better off talking to…”
