The National Magazine Company is planning the first advertising support for Company magazine since it launched in 1978. It will run at the same time as EMAP’s launch of Minx magazine. The campaign, on 300 London bus sides from September 2, promotes the magazine’s fashion special October issue. The title has doubled its fashion pagination and is offering discounts on clothes. Retailers such as Bhs and Jeffrey Rogers are featured in the ads. NatMags maintains that the ad campaign has been planned for six months and is not linked to the launch of Minx.
