I’m intrigued by the letter from a John Richie of an organisation called Tele-users Action Group, about the Channel 4 DRTV research.
As far as I’m aware, nobody from this organisation turned up at the Channel 4 DRTV day, so I’m surprised the organisation feels able to comment on any of our information.
Perhaps Tele-users should let us know more about it, which clients it represents and the basis of its claim that there is a “high level of dissatisfaction in the client sector with the capacity and capabilities of the telemarketing sector”.
Is Tele-users sure it’s not its own forward planning that’s suspect?
