Snow White enjoys New Labour

Kimberly Fortier, new publisher at The Spectator, recently attended a lunch organised by PR company Hobsbawm MacCaulay.

Fortier was apparently nick-named Snow White after she revealed she once played the role at Disney World.

Labour Party spin doctor Peter Mandelson MP soon took his place next to her. However, it was not long before Mandelson was paged by Tony Blair, aka Bambi, and left the table to return the call. Meanwhile, TV personality Peter York took up his place on the other side of Snow White.

The first course arrived and the charitable Snow White gave Mandy’s starter to York who tucked in. Mandy returned to find the camp TV presenter munching away on his entrée.

Mandelson calmly laughed off the incident, showing that while New Labour may not agree with the redistribution of wealth, it is not against the redistribution of nosh.
