It’s women who drink alcopops
Your “Alcopops are tops with kids” headline (MW November 1) puts a degree of spin on the Media Business Group’s survey that is unjustified by its reported findings.
Alcopops are characterised by a higher than average proportion of women drinkers – between 40 and 50 per cent – than other market segments such as ales or lagers.
