Housewives are urged to ‘Bin their pin’ in a new TV advertising campaign for the Jus-Rol frozen pastry brand, made by Pillsbury Foods UK. The ads, through Leo Burnett, for the Ready Rolled

Frozen sheets product emphasises its convenience and suggests inno- vative uses for redundant rolling pins. The first ad shows the rolling pin mounted in a glass case with a sign saying: ‘In case of domestic dispute break glass.’ The second shows the rolling pin being used as a toast rack. This is the first time Pillsbury Foods UK has put the brand on air, and is the first TV advertising in this grocery sector.
