Whitbread Leisure Vouchers has launched its voucher scheme in Australia. It is targeting ex-pats and groups with UK connections in the first of a series of moves into the international market in a joint venture with UK gift manufacturer Forever Gifts.

The Sunday Times has launched a 48-week musical reader promotion which offers a different CD each week, compiled exclusively for the promotion. EMI Premium is supplying many of the albums and the campaign is targeting 25- to 45-year-old readers.

Virgin Cinemas, which was formed after the acquisition of the MGM Cinemas Group two years ago, are the latest participants in the Virgin Vouchers programme. Incentive 97 will take place at London Olympia from May 13 to 15.

AT&T Capital Vendor Leasing Services has reported a 25 per cent increase in sales. It puts the rise down to the appointment of the loyalty and incentives division of Argos stores, Argos Business Solutions.
