Your report “Emergency Services” (MW April 17) missed one vital point, some crisis campaigns are handled so well you wouldn’t even know they had happened. A case of “did you hear about the one you didn’t hear about?”
Of course, this can only happen if PR is involved at every stage from new product development to customer service. A few organisations are inviting PR personnel to their board meetings. If more followed suit, there would be fewer crises.
