Cable & Wireless Communications is understood to have drawn up a four-strong shortlist for its estimated 25m branding campaign. All four, HHCL & Partners, Rapier Stead Bowden, Bartle Bogle Hegarty and St Luke’s, have worked for the companies which merged last month to create CWC.
