A Madrid judge has ordered television advertising promoting For Sun sunglasses to cease. The style of the ads is considered too close to campaigns for Fortuna, a cigarette brand, and thus open to interpretation as indirect advertising for a tobacco product.

Two founders of KNSK, the Hamburg creative agency, which last year merged with BBDO, have announced plans to leave and take a majority stake in BLB, in conjunction with AP Lintas.
