Frito-Lay puts international team in place

Frito-Lay, the global snack foods division of PepsiCo, has concluded its search for a central team of marketing directors for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Directors overseeing the individual categories of crisps/promotions, snacks, market research and tortilla brand Doritos will be in place by the end of this month. Each will be responsible for projects which affect more than one country.

Peter Harrison, former market research manager for Walkers – Frito-Lay’s UK operation – has already started work as director of consumer intelligence (market research).

Rob Rees, former trade director of Bass Brewers, has also started as category director for Doritos.

Susan Hooper, Frito-Lay’s former commercial director for Poland, will begin her role as director of snacks at the end of this month.

And Neil Campbell, Frito-Lay’s former marketing director for Holland, will step into the position of director of crisps/promotions at the same time.
