Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide has named Leonard Pearlstein as co-chairman and chief executive officer of its Team One Advertising Unit. Pearlstein replaces Scott Gilbert, who was last week named chief executive officer of Saatchi & Saatchi Pacific. Pearlstein was previously managing partner of The Pearlstein Group.
