Advertising is a fishy business

Those eternal publicists at Claydon Heeley never waste an opportunity to promote themselves, even if it does mean infringing BBC guidelines on advertising.

As the Diary slumbered last Sunday morning, vaguely listening to the irritating Danny Baker on London’s GLR radio talk about converting cars into fish tanks, who should pop up but a very knowledgeable man called “Tim”.

He explained that he had already filled a car, in fact a Ford Ka, with fish and toured it around the UK to launch the motor. He then went on to top every idea Baker had before the DJ lost patience, and with that, Tim. Sadly, just before he could mention the name of the agency.
