Like it or not, there is an established tradition whereby a caring father will seek a job opening within his company for his directionless offspring. But, the tables are turned at Ben Sherman.

Devoted son Nick Gray was appointed marketing and sales co-ordinator for the company last May. while six months later his dad Miles Gray, former vice-president apparel at Crescent Greenwood, was found the comfy slot of European sales and marketing director at Ben Sherman.
