Focus fight may fuel porn action

Ford must be waiting with bated breath for the outcome of its court case with German magazine Focus.

Not only is the court case a major spanner in the works for Ford’s German launch plans, but it may spur some other magazine titles – namely Fiesta and Escort – to take similar action.

On the up-side for the British public, if the German magazine wins, at least we won’t get a Ford Loaded or Ford FHM.
