Royal & Sun Alliance, which claims to be the second largest direct insurer in the UK, launches a new press campaign to promote its term assurance business this week. The ads promote its ‘progressive protection’ products and break through Arc Advertising. Arc shares the account with McCann-Erickson, which handles corporate advertising on a project basis, though it is thought there are no immediate plans for more corporate ads. The company recently awarded its 20m direct account to Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe and the agency’s direct marketing operation, HPT Brand Response.
