The COI is expected to decide today (Wednesday) if Ogilvy & Mather and Mark Williams Associates, or HHCL & Partners and Bell Pottinger Good Relations, have won the 2m account to promote the Welsh Assembly elections.

Spirit will handle print advertising and direct mail in the UK and US for upmarket cufflinks retailer Long Mire, which has a shop in Mayfair.

SA Brain, Wales’ largest independent brewer, has launched a press and poster campaign for Dylan’s, a smooth ale, through Elf Designs of Cardiff.
