Gremlin Interactive launches a cinema commercial on Friday to promote its new computer game Body Harvest, which is played on the N64 console. The game features an attack on Earth by aliens who eat humans. The aim of the game is for players to shoot the aliens. The ad features Bill Clinton lookalike Tim Wotters behind a podium announcing an alien attack with a speech full of innuendo. At the end of the ad a woman’s hand appears holding the game. The campaign, which is worth about 500,000, will also run in the press. It was created by Gremlin’s agency Walsh Trott Chick Smith, which uses its initials on the broadcast microphone featured in the advertisement.
