Love is in the air for Mandy and Candy

With a track record in failed relationships which includes a marriage to former Rolling Stones member Bill Wyman, Mandy Smith may have been thinking You Can’t Always Get What You Want. But the 28-year-old is hoping to Start It Up with Nick Candy.

For those who don’t know Candy, Hello! magazine (February 20) describes him as a sponsorship director for advert- ising agency CDP.

A front page picture of the couple, who met last September, is followed by five pages of colour shots of their holiday in South Africa.

Let’s hope the loved up couple will avoid the dreaded “Curse of Hello!” – couples who split up soon after gracing the magazine’s pages – otherwise Mandy may be singing – Satisfaction (I Can’t Get No).
