M&C Saatchi and New Zealand agency Goldsack Harris have been asked to create a global advertising campaign for the New Zealand Tourism Board. The news follows the controversial sacking of Saatchi & Saatchi from the 10m NZTB account following a political row involving New Zealand prime minister Jenny Shipley and Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide chief executive Kevin Roberts (MW March 4).

Kwik-Fit says its advertising review will lead to the appointment of a dedicated agency, following the company’s 1bn takeover by Ford. Incumbent The Morgan Partnership, Faulds Advertising and The Leith Agency have pitched for the 10m account.
