Guinness is celebrating National Twin Week this week with the launch of a new advertising campaign for Guinness Draught Extra Cold. The ad, which breaks on Channel 4, is through Guinness’ agency Abbott Mead Vickers.BBDO. It features Robert de Niro lookalikes Alex and Stuart Lawson as twins who act and look exactly the same, but who order different versions of Guinness. As the twin who drinks regular Guinness falls over follow ing the removal of his chair, the voiceover says: ‘New Guinness Extra Cold. Served at 4 degrees. It’s Guinness… but just that little bit cooler.’
