Hungary is the next location for Foster’s ‘He who thinks Australian, drinks Australian’ TV ad campaign which has featured a Brazilian transvestite, an ungallant Frenchman, and an Italian tailor at a Mafia wedding. The new ad by M&C Saatchi, which continues the ‘No Worries’ theme, shows two Hungarian men discussing a couple canoodling in the background. One man points out to the other that it is his wife kissing the man from the local garage. The man replies ‘No, that’s the bloke from the butcher’s’. The 20-second commercial, which is part of a &£25m spend on Foster’s by Scottish Courage this year, breaks on national and satellite stations next month. Media is being handled by MediaVest.
