In response to a recently published letter, headlined “E-commerce must deliver on promises” (MW last week), may I point you to the article on the launch of the trial site of www.ebooze.co.uk in the online version of your magazine last week.

The link to the Website that runs alongside this article has consistently failed to connect. What was initially a “Wow!” factor for me is now an “Oh no!” factor, as yet another Internet startup fails to deliver and loses a potential customer.
