Zoe Ball stars in One 2 One TV campaign

Zoe Ball stars in the latest TV advertisement in mobile phone operator One 2 One’s “Welcome 2 your world” campaign, through Bartle Bogle Hegarty.

The Radio 1 Breakfast Show DJ features alongside her father – TV presenter Johnny Ball – and her brother Nick.

It is not clear whether husband Norman Cook, also known as dance music star Fatboy Slim, will appear.

The ad breaks on ITV, Channel 4 and satellite stations on April 17. Media is through Motive Communications. Zoe Ball also featured in a commercial for the Prudential’s direct banking service Egg in 1998.

The “Welcome 2 your world” campaign began with an execution featuring footballer Vinnie Jones and his family. Another ad starred chatshow host Michael Parkinson, while a Christmas special turned the spotlight on Santa Claus.

Other stars to have appeared in One 2 One campaigns include footballer Ian Wright, who expressed his desire to “have a One 2 One” with his hero Martin Luther King.

In September last year, One 2 One split its marketing department into two units: consumer and business.
