Brands are always attempting seasonal celebration tie-ins to give sales an extra boost and Easter is no exception.

Commuters passing through Liverpool Street, Euston, Paddington and Victoria stations last week might have been lucky enough to be handed a bottle of spring water from men in robes. Many would mistakenly have thought it was a promotion for a bottled water company. Far from it.

The first 10,000 of those people to click on to the madaboutwine.com website and enter the code printed on the bottle’s label could receive a free gift – a bottle of wine. Water into wine – geddit?
