Amazon.co.uk, the online retailer, is launching a £2.2m television ad campaign through HHCL & Partners. The ad breaks on July 3, featuring the new strapline ‘It’s really easy to get what you want fast’.

The execution shows a Scottish grandfather and his grandson Sonny in a glen, receiving a delivery from Amazon.co.uk as they discuss ways to set up an Internet company.

Amazon.co.uk marketing director Tom Allchurch says: ‘More and more people in the UK are moving onto the Internet to do their shopping.

This campaign communicates to existing and new customers that Amazon.co.uk can be trusted to get whatever they want as quickly as possible.’
