Turning the world upside down

Agencies often ask what they have to do to get into the pages of Marketing Week.

Usually, it is news of an account win. But Ignition Marketing Group has taken another tack. It has gone to the trouble of sending in pictures of their “enviable location” on the South Bank of the Thames with a view of London’s great landmark Tower Bridge.

The lucky agency claims that John Cleese was hung out of one of the windows at the China Wharf offices for the film A Fish Called Wanda. There are even boasts of spending many a lunchtime on the balcony watching the boat chase being filmed for the Bond film The World Is Not Enough.
