United Distillers & Vintners (UDV UK) has appointed Saatchi & Saatchi and Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy to handle creative work for its Archer’s Peach Schnapps and Bell’s whisky brands.
Saatchi will handle the Archer’s account, believed to be worth about &£2.5m, and Miles Calcraft will work on the Bell’s business, estimated at &£2m.
Burkitt DDB, which previously handled the combined &£4.5m business, has missed out after repitching for both accounts.
However, Burkitt DDB – formerly known as Court Burkitt & Company – is still on the UDV roster, working on Drambuie and Pimm’s. No one at the agency was available for comment.
Media will continue to be handled by Carat.
