Tesco Direct has admitted to problems with its recently relaunched website. Customers accessing it from an Apple Mac computer and using a Microsoft Internet Explorer browser are unable to see the individual products and groceries within the virtual aisles. The problem is less severe for consumers using a Netscape browser on an Apple, although they are unable to make use of new features such as “Express Shopper”. John Higgins, e-commerce development manager at Tesco Direct, says his technical people are talking to Microsoft about a solution.
