Delaney Lund Knox Warren is understood to have been appointed by Priority Telecom, the cable telecoms company owned by United Pan-Europe Communications (UPC), to launch the brand to businesses across Europe.
The account is worth more than &£10m. UK media will be handled by BJK&E Media.
The pitch process, which was overseen by a consultant acting on behalf of Priority Telecom and went through the AAR, also included BMP DDB and Abbott Mead Vickers.BBDO.
Delaney Lund worked with Priority Telecom on a project basis earlier in the year and will now push the brand to businesses across Europe, including the UK, Netherlands, France and Norway.
UPC also owns Chello, the high speed internet access service launched in the UK at the start of the year, backed by an advertising campaign created by Publicis.
Priority Telecom shares the cables with Chello to supply phone services.
Priority Telecom recently replaced its chief executive officer, Neil Rafferty, with Chris Rooney from Cignal.
