Evaluating the evaluation

I agree with Adrian Day’s letter to the editor (MW October 12) on effective website evaluation. He is right – an effective website evaluation should take into account location, navigation, content, brand proposition and effectiveness. That is why we included these in our analysis, as he would have seen had he turned the page to read our methodology.

One thing we always find in our line of work is that detailed research pays off!
