QXL has also become the latest customer of online research company Firm and its product Confirmit. The announcement follows the launch of pop-up surveys on QXL’s sites in Norway, Finland and Denmark. They are designed to ask members a range of questions about the QXL sites, from site usability and user satisfaction to content and design. Initial results indicate that users are reacting positively to the surveys, with response rates as high as 1,600 a day.
