I enjoyed reading your piece “Betting moves to iTV with NTL” (MW January 11).

But I wonder if Robert Dwek was aware that betting on interactive television has been available to millions of viewers since July 2000 through Blue Square’s service on Open. In fact, Blue Square has already reported that over 40 per cent of its bets are now taken through Open.
